Redbridge Walking Netballers Give A Warm Welcome!

Redbridge Walking Netball ladies have recently welcomed members from the T.A.R.A.C.C organisation to the Friday morning Walking netball sessions. Ladies enjoy learning walking netball rules, enhancing their netball skills and enjoying drills and game play.

If you too would like to come and try Walking Netball at Redbridge Sports & Leisure, the sessions are on the indoor netball courts, Friday 10am- 11am.

Cost: £4.20 per session

The Association of Redbridge African Caribbean Communities (TARACC) started in 2017 to provide a service for people in Redbridge and surrounding East London and is accessible to all, but our primary focus is
tackling issues that impact the African Caribbean community.

We aim to tackle loneliness and isolation, improve physical health and fitness, mental health and wellbeing.

The Health and Wellbeing Project runs the following activities to bring people together, stay active and build social networks:

  • Walking Groups
  • Introduction to Golf
  • Coffee Mornings
  • Social Meetups
  • Members Meetings
