Indoor Netball Activity
The Jean Brown Indoor Arena also plays host to Essex Met Division 1,2,3 fixtures on Saturday afternoons, as well as hosting the Essex et Netball Academy on a Monday evening.

Junior Netball
We offer a junior netball course for girls aged 8-11. The course is run by qualified and experienced netball coaches. Mondays, 4.30 pm-5.30 pm. Girls will learn the fundamentals of netball and participate in a range of drills and games to enhance their skills.
RSL Netball club
Girls aged 11-15. Mondays, 5.30 pm-6.30 pm. This club offers girls a coached session which incorporates gameplay. This is a stepping stone to introduce girls to adult netball and if the girls are interested in joining adult competitive clubs, we can arrange an introduction to a club, or adult social session.

Adult Netball
Tuesday Netball Now sessions. February to November. 7.30 pm-8.30 pm. Adults aged 14+, Outdoor courts
This is a social session, where you can book one per session, turn up and play. All abilities are welcome. This session is a 'Game Play' session and ladies are mixed into teams.

Redbridge Netball Leagues
Leagues run throughout the year at RS&L on Mondays and Wednesday evenings and are split into Summer and Winter Leagues. We also host various netball rallies including a Fast 5 indoor rally once a year.

Essex Met
The outdoor courts are home to the Essex Metropolitan Netball League, which are hosted fortnightly on a Saturday from September to May with over 80 teams taking part in the adult league and 60 in the junior league.
