The Jean Brown Indoor Arena opened on 2nd January 2012, having been built to accommodate spiralling demand from both Badminton & Netball. The £7.6m Indoor Arena was part-funded by LOCOG so that it could be used as a Games Time Training Venue for the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, and provides one of the most significant legacy benefits for the people of East London and beyond.
