Gladstone has updated the system with Strong Password functionality protocols which provides another level of security for your data.
(If you have reset your password anytime after 4pm today please ignore this message and log in as normal)
Online members will now need to reset their password following the Strong Password protocols below:
Strong Password minimum criteria
minimum of 8 characters
at least 1 upper case letter
at least 1 lower case letter
at least 1 number
at least 1 special character
Step by Step Account to resetting your password on the app.
1. Click the reset Password tile on the home page
You will be taken on to reset password screen where you will be asked to addd your email address.
If you have multiple accounts with the same email address you will be asked to add your Member ID.
*(You will require a unique email address for each account – If you have more than one account with the same email address please contact Customer Services – Customerservices@rslonline.co.uk )
You will receive the following email. If you do not receive the email please check your junk mail. The email link expires within 20 minutes therefore if you have not received it by then start the reset password process again.
If you are still having difficulties please email Customerservices@rslonline.co.uk adding your membership ID and confirming the email address added to this account. Please show the correct the spelling of your email address so this can be checked.
On the reset password page you will have to add your Member ID and add your new password twice.
On screen you will see your password has been reset. You will also be sent a confirmation email.
If you have more than one account with the same email address you must email Customer Services at Customerservices@rslonline.co.uk providing a new email address and the membership ID for each account you want updated. The system will not allow accounts to have duplicate email addresses.
